Position Summary:
The Admin Assistant is an essential team member on our team. This team member interacts with customers, callers, clients, collectors, insurance agencies, and co-workers. The role is responsible for answering incoming calls, making calls, working toward collecting payments, taking detailed notes, and providing support as needed to all our departments.
Status: Full-Time, Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to perform duties from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Make calls to customers, clients, collectors, and insurance agencies
- Take detailed notes
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls
- Check voicemails
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, vendors, and all departments
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support the for billing and collections department
- Provide support for duties which includes filing, data entry, and preforming a variety of other office tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

- Detecting & correcting errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax
- Editing major documents for large scale projects

- Following up with clients in a timely manner & being able to obtain information & documentation needed

Status: 1099 Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Generate and enter job leads into the AQA sales portal
- Create your own invoices for commission payments
- Handle all responsibilities independently, without reimbursements for related expenses
- Provide all necessary Certificates of Insurance or sign the relevant waivers
- Disclose any licenses that may impact your eligibility for commission
- Maintain compliance with AQA’s policies on commission payments
General Qualifications:

Commission Structure:
- Commission will be paid only for jobs entered through the sales portal

- If AQA decides to “write off” a job or does not settle through litigation, no commission will be paid for that job
- AQA reserves the right to settle all claims, and commissions are based on the settled amount

Florida’s premier Engineering and Air Quality company is further expanding its property damage estimating department and looking to recruit an ambitious, dedicated, and capable full-time estimator in the state of Florida. This person will be responsible for interpreting expert reports, industry standards, applicable FL statutes, and Xactimate information in order to create comprehensive estimates for residential and commercial projects.
Status: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Xactimate to create accurate and comprehensive estimates.
- Utilize both Matterport and HOVER digital measurement and documentation software complete the requested scope of work.
- Interpret industry standards to complement the provided expert reports and render comprehensive scopes of work.
- Coordinate with different departments, referral contacts, and clients to problem solve and assist policy holders.
- Use the provided CRM software to accurately track and update client files and ensure on time and accurate project delivery.
- Work with our in-house experts to further develop industry knowledge, understanding, and qualifications in furtherance of increasing work quality and efficiency.
General Qualifications:
- 5+ years of total property damage experience.
